Parenting Wisely

Parenting Wisely by Family Works Inc. is a two-hour video series that is viewed in the Rise Up Reno office.  There are two versions- The Young Child Edition which is specifically designed to address communication and compliance issues for parents of children up to age 12. The older version specifically focuses on teen issues like following rules, solving conflict and addressing drugs.  This program includes a comprehensive workbook and a certificate of completion. Call ahead to schedule an available time.

Operation Parent

Operation Parent is a national nonprofit that exists to empower parent (and caregivers) to fully engage in ongoing conversations with their K-12 children about technology, substance use, and mental health issues for purposes of prevention.  Click here to learn more.
